The\u00a0Language, Mind and Cognition Group\u00a0<\/em>(LanCog), in collaboration with the multidisciplinary group Clepsydra<\/em><\/a> (University of Lisbon), is pleased to announce the Lisbon Meetings on the Philosophy of Music, to be held on 5 June 2025 at the School of Arts and Humanities, University of Lisbon.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This one-day event will feature contributions from leading scholars in the field,\u00a0and up\u00a0to five selected presentations from emerging researchers. We invite submissions of extended abstracts on any topic related to the philosophy of music.<\/p>\n

Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Submissions should take the form of extended abstracts (maximum 1000\u00a0words).<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Abstracts must be submitted in English and prepared for anonymous review.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In addition to the abstract, authors must include their name, institutional\u00a0affiliation, and contact information in the body of the email accompanying the\u00a0submission.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Accepted abstracts will be allocated a\u00a025-minute presentation slot, followed\u00a0by\u00a0discussion.<\/p>\n
